Getting Started
Before our first conversation, we’ll send you brief prep work to help you clarify what you want and identify what feels most important to address right now. This allows us to use our time together well and start exactly where you need support.
Our first session sets the foundation. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, get clear on where you are, and begin shaping a direction that feels right for you. You’ll leave this conversation feeling more grounded and clearer about what you want to focus on moving forward.
Session #2
Check In
A lot can shift in two weeks.
This session is where we look at what's moved, what's feeling easier, and where you might still be getting stuck. Sometimes things move faster than expected. Other times, something unexpected comes into focus. Either way, this is where we adjust.
We’ll refine what you’re working on so you can keep moving forward with clarity and confidence, based on what’s actually happening in your life.
Session #3
What's Next
Our final session focuses on integration and direction.
We’ll look at what’s shifted over the past six weeks and identify what’s helped you feel more steady, clear, and confident. From there, we’ll put a practical plan in place so you know exactly what you’re focusing on next and how you want to move forward.
You’ll leave with clear priorities, next steps that feel doable, and a sense of direction you can trust as you continue building this next chapter.
