Founders of the Ready for More Divorce Recovery Community
I believe every woman deserves more than survival — she deserves joy, freedom, and the confidence to define life on her own terms.
After decades in the corporate world, I realized success didn’t have to mean burnout and compromise. My divorce became the catalyst to reimagine everything — how I worked, how I lived, and what I wanted for my future.
The years that followed weren’t simple. I was raising daughters, managing a household, and navigating a marriage filled with emotional complexity. But those challenges became the foundation for everything I now teach: courage, independence, and balance.
Today, I’m an entrepreneur, coach, and co-founder of the Ready for More Community. I’ve built and led multiple businesses, organized travel experiences around the world, and guided women to create lives that feel expansive and meaningful. My passion is showing women that reinvention isn’t just possible — it’s powerful.
I’m a mother and grandmother, forever inspired by the next generation of women who are finding their voice. For me, life balance means family, work, travel, and service — and proving that our current age truly is the best age of all.
I’ve spent my life studying how people grow and heal — from my degree in Human Development and Sports Medicine at Penn State to my work as a teacher, business owner, and now coach, Reiki Master, and meditation instructor.
My path changed course after my own emotionally difficult divorce and years of navigating life with a partner facing deep personal challenges. What began as survival eventually became a calling: helping women rebuild their lives from the inside out.
My approach blends science, mindfulness, and energy work. I teach women how to calm their nervous systems, release fear and anxiety, and reconnect with their authentic selves — one step, one breath at a time. Meditation and Reiki were lifelines for me, and they remain the foundation of my own well-being today.
I’m also a mom to three incredible young adults who continue to teach me about resilience, humor, and what really matters. My work now is about helping women find that same peace and strength within themselves — and reminding them that healing doesn’t mean losing yourself; it means finding yourself again.
