Nearly 30 Years Working Directly With Divorcing Women — Now Built Into CLE Training for Attorneys
Â
We didn't start out building CLE courses. We started out going through our own divorces and not finding the support we needed. So we built those resources for women rebuilding their post-divorce lives.Â
Mimi and I were both in the middle of ours when Mimi's husband passed away before hers was ever finalized — a loss that came with its own tangle of financial and legal complications nobody prepares you for. Between the two of us, we went looking for the resources, the guidance, the something that would help us make sense of what we were living through. We couldn't find it. So we built it ourselves — first for ourselves, then for the thousands of women who came after us. That became ReBranding Divorce and the Four Pillars Framework.
Cynthia had been part of our lives long before she was part of our company — a friend who happened to also be a therapist, and who had gone through a divorce of her and personally understood the experience. Cynthia was a popular guest speaker for our ReBranding Divorce community. When we saw an opportunity to bring what we'd built to the attorneys representing women like us, there was no one else we'd have wanted in the room. Her decades of clinical experience with couples and individuals in every stage of a relationship gave us the piece we couldn't offer on our own.
Divorce CLE Academy grew out of all of that. We built the Four Pillars Framework to give family law attorneys practical, credit-eligible training on what's actually happening with clients financially, emotionally, and behaviorally — because we know firsthand how much it matters when the person handling your case understands the person you actually are.
Mimi Sullivan
Mimi's path to financial coaching started in the middle of her own divorce, complicated by a loss that upended everything mid-process. She turned that experience into a specialty: helping women navigate the financial realities of divorce with clarity instead of fear. She co-developed the Four Pillars Framework and is a Coaching Essentials Certified Coach through the ICF-accredited Mindset Coach Academy.

Carolyn Bilyak
Carolyn co-founded ReBranding Divorce and co-developed the Four Pillars Framework alongside Mimi, drawing on her own divorce and a background in human development and cognitive behavioral coaching. She is ICP accredited and a Coaching Essentials Certified Coach through the ICF-accredited Mindset Coach Academy. Her focus is on the mindset shifts and behavior patterns that shape how people move through — and out the other side of — divorce.

Cynthia von der Lehr
Cynthia's path into mental health began nearly three decades ago, during her mother's terminal illness, which set her on a search for meaning that became a calling to help others through life's hardest chapters. She's spent her career working with individuals and couples at every stage of a relationship, including separation and divorce, guided by a belief that every person already carries the resilience to move through it.
